Turfmaster accepts payment via PayFast Payment Gateway a Secure Online Payments Solution and electronic funds transfer (EFT ) and goods are shipped once payment has cleared through the bank (usually 24Hours) or if you like to visit us at the shop you may pay cash, credit or debit card.
Cheque’s are no longer accepted

Goods can be collected by yourself or by courier at our warehouse or we can arrange and include our courier services in your transaction. Unfortunately we do not arrange cross border shipping

Note: The online shop ships items from the head office in Nigel, Gauteng. We do deliver nation wide via courier’s, therefor the price at the branch might also be different. Do note that some items are to big for courier delivery. Please send us a e-mail to online@turfmaster.co.za for assistance regarding order’s.

Property Rights: All goods remain the sole property of Turfmaster(PTY)Ltd until paid in full

Return Policy: In the event that an item needs to be returned, you can contact us by e-mail or fax for a return authorization number (RAN). Items shipped to Turfmaster without a RAN will be returned to customer at customers cost. Please include the following information: Name, Physical Address, E-mail and or Phone number, Original Invoice, Order number, Bank account confirmation (bank statement or letter stating account number and account holder details) and Reason for returning the item(s).

Items can only be returned within 14 days of purchase. No refunds on items that have been installed or used, special order or electrical parts. All items must be in new condition in their original packaging in resaleble condition. Freight charges are not refundable and customer is responsible for shipping cost of returns. We are not responsible for damage or loss in transit- all claims must be filed with the carrier.

We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered parts, if unsure contact us immediately we will do whatever is necessary to assist.

25% restocking fee will apply to all returns!

Please note that we are not responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.

Credits take 3 to 5 working days

Refund payment take between 3 and 5 working days after credit was done.
